Great and Healthy Breakfast ideas!

Here are some of my favorite things I use for breakfast. This morning we had oats with cinnamon, walnuts, golden flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, fresh mixed berries, sea salt, and a touch of pure maple syrup! I love this stuff! Chaliece my daughter and I had a day to ourselves and we had fun! We wanted to go running but it was a bit deep so we decided to play around, make snow angels, and goof off!
